‘421 Home directory not available – aborting' - FTP Error

If you receive the following error when connecting to your FTP account: ‘421 Home directory not available – aborting’ this means the FTP user, you are using to log in with is configured to use a directory that does not exist.

Double check the directory where the files are located and adjust the FTP account’s path to the correct one. You can see what the path is set to for the FTP account by logging into your cPanel and clicking on FTP accounts.
