iPanel Email Settings

If your email services are hosted on the iPanel platform then you need to use the following email settings in your email programs: 

Username: name@yourdomain.com
Password: Use the email account’s password

Incoming Server: mailserv.iracknet.com
POP3 Port: 995
SSL: Yes

IMAP Port: 993
SSL: Yes
IMAP Root Folder Prefix: INBOX

Outgoing Server: mailserv.iracknet.com
Port: 587
SSL: Yes (You may need to choose STARTLS or TLS if SSL does not work)



If you are having problems with the above settings due to the SSL requirement then you can try the following - But connecting to mail server via SSL is recommended so please do try the above settings first.

Incoming Server: mailserv.iracknet.com
POP3 Port: 110
SSL: No

IMAP Port: 143
SSL: No

Outgoing Server: mailserv.iracknet.com
Port: 25
SSL: No

Webmail: https://ipanel.iracknet.com/webmail
