cPanel Email Settings

If your email services are hosted on the cPanel platform then you need to use the following email settings in your email programs:

Secure SSL/TLS Settings (Recommended)

Username: name@yourdomain.com
Password: Use the email account’s password

Incoming Server: cpanel.iracknet.com
IMAP Port: 993 (SSL Yes)
POP3 Port: 995 (SSL Yes)

Outgoing Server: cpanel.iracknet.com
SMTP Port: 465 (SSL Yes)

IMAP, POP3, and SMTP require authentication* - If you are having issues using Port 465 with SSL turned on while attempting to send emails – You can also try and use Port 587 with STARTTLS instead.

* The email address and password for the outgoing server will state they are optional in your email client. They ARE required to be entered for this server. You will need to enter your email address and email password for the outgoing server to be able to successfully send emails.
